go to paint shop pro or paint. then make the image 100 x 100 in the attributes thing. Then decorate. Upload to photobucket and kablam!

you have to do what the rest of us do. download a graphics editor and experiment with it until you can make your own icons. this could take months to figure out. if you don't have the time then pay someone else to do it for you.
