It's been driving me crazy...I wanna know how to make the cute little icons for chat or myspace or stuff like that. Do you need a program or website or am i just stupid?? (wait...don't answer that...i think we all already know...)
And telling me how to make the little heart things with your keyboard is a bonus!! (and no not like this %26lt;3, even i can figure that out)

Well you need a paint program such as paint or photoshop free trials at corel.com

Adobe Photoshop. The current version is CS3, and it is the best program in the industry. www.adobe.com
