You would have to save the Facebook logo as a picture file (jpg) onto your computer...right click on it, save picture as...then upload it to a file hosting site (photobucket, fileden, etc.). Then use a html linking code in your MS profile so that that picture can serve as a link to your profile (see below for code example):
