Well...first you take a picture either from your camera, your phone, off a webpage or anywhere else, then you save it on to your computer. You then go on to your myspace page, go to upload/change photo. Scroll down to the part where you see the whole "browse" thing, click browse and find the photo under the name you saved it as. Click on it and the link should appear on the space for it. Click upload and if your pic is not too large a file, it should upload just fine.
