How do you add another picture or icon underneath your original pic on myspace?

You can enter it in HTML code in your "Headline".

You should use a picture hosting site like photobucket that way the link to the picture never changes...(I'm assuming you may already know how to do this?) then click on the "edit profile" link on your page and cut and paste the html link from where you have the picture hosted into your "Headline" box and that picture will show up next to your profile picture. You can still have a headline... the HTML won't interfere with that.
